What counts as an “active event”?
An active event is one that is available to view by a customer. Pre-sale events do not count, archived events (which can no longer be viewed) do not count either.
What sort of content is acceptable?
We support a wide range of content, including live performances, workshops, and more. However, we do not allow any illegal or adult content. Please refer to our terms of service for more details.
Copyrighted content is allowed, but you must have the necessary rights to stream it. We recommend using PPL and PRS for licensing. Absolutely no pirated material is acceptable on the platform.

How do card processing costs work?
Card processing costs are set by Stripe (typically 1.4% + 20p for UK cards) and are charged separately from our transaction fee. You’ll see a breakdown of all costs in your dashboard.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, we’ll get in touch if usage exceeds allowance, and this will be something you can manage in-app at a later stage.
